OMG thank you so much! I’m really happy that everyone likes my recovery in college posts, I was really hestitant to do them at first because I was thinking who I am to think I give good advice. But everything I say is from my own experience, so I think they are pretty accurate and relatable.

Anonymous asked: are u seeing a nutritionist? do you have a meal plan? my nutritionist doesnt let me count calories. my meal plan is just based on the food, not the numbers. did someone tell you to hit "2700" or did you make that goal for yourself?

Yes, I’m supposed to be seeing my nutritionist every week but recently things have come up so I’m not seeing her again until June 12th. The 2 types of meal plans most commonly used are exchange based and calorie based. It sounds like you are on an exchange base plan. My nutritionist and I chose a calorie based plan just because I don’t eat enough unless I count calories (as proven by the past two weeks). She’s also who told me to hit a calorie goal of 2700 as determined by my weight gain/maintain pattern.

Bah I have a dilemma because I really want to watch this season of So You Think You Can Dance but I’m scared it’s going to trigger me. It’s so sad because it used to be my favorite show, but it also consists of a bunch of people pushing their bodies to the limit
